Photo of the Week…Tug O’ War

John’s largest redfish on fly was a fighter and put on a heck of a show. It’s tail was completely out of the water 40′ away from the skiff. John put his fly on the money and the fish headed for the Gulf putting John into his backing within seconds. John’s dad and I had enough time to eat lunch while we watched to see who would give up first.

Jeremy Chavez is a full-time fly and light tackle fishing guide who hails from the Bayou City (Houston, Texas for those of you not in the know). He eats, sleeps and breathes fish.
