Photo of the Week…Land of the Giants

My friend Rob and I just got back from a three day scouting trip to Louisiana. Rob had never fished Louisiana, so I was eager to show him what the marshes of Louisiana had to offer. There’s no place like Louisiana in the world. It’s the best redfish fishery on the planet. Period.

Conditions were perfect and the fishing was incredible. The marshes of Louisiana are teeming with big fish right now. We lost count of how many bull reds we caught. I think Rob is ruined. Middle Texas Coast redfishing will never be the same for after what he saw this week.

Here’s a couple of photos of redfish we caught sight fishing.
